About Felicity

Felicity has had a lifelong passion for fitness and an active lifestyle which led to her initially completing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science (BSc Hons), before going on to extend her qualifications in health and human physiology by becoming a fully qualified Registered Dietitian. She has over 20 years’ experience working primarily for the NHS as a Specialist Dietitian.  Most recently she completed a non-medical prescribing course and is qualified as a Supplementary Prescriber.

Alongside her dietitian duties, Felicity has always worked within the fitness and exercise industry, obtaining several professional teaching qualifications. She recognised the benefits of Pilates in particular, helping to prevent injuries by improving strength and limb mobility while training for triathlon events.  She sought a professional Pilates qualification which had the same ethos as her professional role as a Dietitian and relished the challenge of gaining the internationally recognised STOTT Pilates instructor qualification. To retain her qualification, Felicity regularly attends continuing professional development (CPD) courses including workshops to ensure her teaching style remains up to date, incorporating new themes and ideas.

As well as being a Mum of two active children, Felicity is passionate about goal setting and achieving goals.  She has successfully completed four 70.3 distance events (half-ironman) and enjoys planning her training and the nutrition to support the training and event days.   She believes the wide benefits of Pilates, combined with her extensive knowledge of nutrition and physiology, has helped her attain a high standard at all of these events.  Felicity’s unique combination of experience has provided her with the perfect platform to support clients similarly in achieving their own personal goals and ambitions.
